This site will focus on the different aspects of personal wellbeing including movement and nutrition. Oh, I almost forgot – remember to always consult a health care professional prior to beginning any exercise program. 

I encourage you to browse through the postings and use the information as needed. If you are an educator and would like to use any of this information in your classes – use away – but remember to do your own research and don’t just take my word for it.
